2. Business Model Disclosure

Villahaat operates as an online reseller/dropshipping platform and sources products through third-party suppliers, including Roposo. Product availability, pricing, shipping timelines, and replacement eligibility are subject to supplier policies and logistics conditions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website or place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. Any activity under your account shall be deemed your responsibility.

5. Product Information & Variations

We make every effort to display product details accurately. However, slight variations in color, size, or design may occur due to screen resolution, lighting, or supplier updates. Such minor variations shall not qualify as defects.

6. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹).
  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
  • Orders may be cancelled if pricing or technical errors occur.
  • COD handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

7. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or incomplete verification.

Orders may only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will be treated under the Return & Refund Policy.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD is available only on eligible PIN codes.
  • Orders may require OTP/phone verification before dispatch.
  • If a COD order is refused at delivery, the future COD facility may be disabled.
  • Repeated refusal or fake orders may result in account blacklisting.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on logistics partners, location, or unforeseen circumstances. Johar Store shall not be liable for delays beyond reasonable control.

10. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed strictly by our Return & Refund Policy. Customers must comply with mandatory proof requirements, including an unboxing video for claims.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, text, images, graphics, and layout, is the intellectual property of Villahaat and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product ordered. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.

13. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website, engage in fraudulent transactions, submit false claims, or violate applicable Indian laws. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently block users engaged in suspicious activity.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Bihar, India.
