Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

We strive to deliver high-quality products. But if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below. All returns and refunds are processed according to Indian law and our policy to ensure fairness for both customers and our business.


2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return only if one of the following applies:

The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The product received is significantly different from the description or photos
Change of mind, wrong size chosen, colour preference differences, or buyer preference are NOT eligible for return (unless otherwise stated)

📌 Return Window:
You must raise a return request within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery.

📌 Condition for Return:
To be accepted, the product must be:

  • Unused and in the original condition
  • With all tags, labels, and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of delivery and order invoice

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your account on our website
  2. Go to Orders
  3. Select the order and click Return / Exchange
  4. Upload photos/videos showing the issue
  5. Submit your request

We will review your request within 24–48 hours.


4. Return Pickup & Shipping Charges

📦 Return Pickup:
If the return is approved due to damage, defect, or wrong product, we will arrange pickup at no extra cost to you.

📌 For other eligible returns (if permitted), you may be responsible for return shipping charges.


5. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected:

Refund Options:

  • Refund to your original payment mode (preferred)
  • Store credit (optional, if customer chooses)

Timeframe:
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the product is received and inspected.

💰 Refund Deductions:
We do not charge cancellation fees for approved returns due to product issues.
However, in cases where return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (e.g., change of mind), shipping and handling charges may be deducted from the refund.


6. Partial Refunds / Rejections

We may issue a partial refund or reject a return if:

  • The product is used, washed, damaged by the customer
  • Original packaging, tags, accessories are missing
  • Evidence does not support the return claim

In such cases, you will be informed of the reasons.


7. Replacement Policy

Replacements may be offered only if the same product is available in stock.

If the product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.


8. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, a cancellation request becomes a return request and is handled according to this policy.


9. Customer Responsibilities

To prevent misuse:

  • All return requests must include clear photos/videos
  • Misrepresentation or fraudulent claims may lead to cancellation of refunds and account action

10. Electronics & Gym Equipment Clause

Electronics and gym products are eligible only for replacement in case there is a manufacturing defect. No refunds will be issued after successful delivery unless a defect is verified


11. COD (Cash on Delivery) Policy

  • COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • If a COD order is refused at delivery, the future COD option may be permanently disabled.
  • Repeated fake COD orders may lead to account blacklisting.
  • Refunds for COD orders will be processed only to the customer’s bank account after verification.
