1. Overview
We strive to deliver high-quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below. All returns and refunds are processed according to Indian law and our policy to ensure fairness for both customers and our business.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return only if one of the following applies:
- ✅ The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- ✅ The product received is significantly different from the description or photos.
- ❌ Change of mind, wrong size selected, colour preference differences, or buyer preference are not eligible for return unless otherwise stated.
Return requests must be submitted within 5 calendar days from the delivery date.
- Unused and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags and labels intact
- Order invoice or proof of purchase included
3. How to Request a Return
- Log in to your VillaHaat account.
- Go to Orders.
- Select the order.
- Click Return / Exchange.
- Upload photos or videos showing the issue.
- Submit your request.
Return requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours.
4. Return Pickup & Shipping Charges
Free Return Pickup
If the return is approved because of a damaged, defective or incorrect product, VillaHaat will arrange pickup at no additional cost.
For other eligible returns (where applicable), customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
5. Refund Process
After the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed using one of the following methods:
- Refund to original payment method
- Store Credit (optional)
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Shipping or handling charges may be deducted where return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
6. Partial Refunds / Rejected Returns
Returns may be partially refunded or rejected if:
- Product has been used or washed.
- Product is damaged by the customer.
- Original packaging or accessories are missing.
- Evidence does not support the return claim.
Customers will be informed if a return is rejected.
7. Replacement Policy
Replacements are offered only if the same product is available in stock. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. After shipment, cancellation requests will be treated as return requests under this policy.
9. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide clear photos or videos for return requests.
- Fraudulent or misleading claims may result in refund rejection and account restrictions.
10. Electronics & Gym Equipment
Electronics and gym products are eligible only for replacement in case of verified manufacturing defects. Refunds will not be issued after successful delivery unless the defect is confirmed.
11. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Refused COD orders may permanently disable future COD service.
- Repeated fake COD orders may result in account blacklisting.
- Refunds for COD orders are processed only to the customer's verified bank account.
