1. Business Model Disclosure

We operate as an online reseller/dropshipping platform and source products through third-party suppliers, including Roposo. Orders are fulfilled directly from supplier warehouses across India. Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and logistics conditions.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • High-demand products may require additional processing time.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Other Cities/Towns: 5–10 business days
  • Remote/Rural Areas: 7–14 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to courier issues, weather, strikes, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order is shipped.
  • COD handling charges may apply and are non-refundable.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD is available only for eligible PIN codes.
  • Customers must provide valid phone numbers for order confirmation.
  • Orders may be cancelled if the verification call/OTP is not confirmed.
  • If a COD order is refused at delivery, future COD service may be disabled.
  • Repeated fake or refused orders may result in permanent account blocking.

6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts. If the order is undelivered due to customer unavailability or refusal, it will be returned to the origin. In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges must be paid in advance.
  • A refund (if applicable) will exclude shipping and COD charges.

7. Order Tracking

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS/email. Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment and coordinating with the courier if required.

8. Address & Contact Accuracy

Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or unreachable phone numbers.

9. Open Delivery Policy

Open delivery is not available unless explicitly mentioned. Customers must record an unboxing video for any damage or wrong item claims.

10. Partial Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately based on supplier warehouse availability.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failure in delivery due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or courier disruptions.
