Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 5 days of delivery. A clear unboxing video is required to verify any damaged or incorrect items.
Are there any items that cannot be returned or exchanged?
Yes. Personal care products are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Once the returned item is approved and processed, refunds are issued within 8–15 business days to the original payment method or via bank transfer for COD orders.
